A color-changing outdoor parking shed comprises a ceiling and supporting columns. The ceiling comprises cross beams and glass layers arranged on the cross beams and used for keeping out sunlight. The glass layers comprise the transparent glass layer and the color-changing glass layer, the transparent glass layer and the color-changing glass layer are overlapped, and the transparent glass layer is arranged above the color-changing glass layer. The color-changing outdoor parking shed has the advantages that the structure is simple, and practicability is high; besides, as the color of the glass layers can be automatically adjusted to be changed according to changing of sunlight, the glass layers can meet different environment requirements, and a comfortable parking environment with soft light can be provided in the shed all the time; when sunlight shines, the color of the glass layers is changed into dark red so that sunlight can be kept out, and direct sunlight can be avoided; when it is rainy or light is weak, the color of the glass layers is changed into a transparent color so that outside light can enter the shed; different environment requirements are met, the impact resistance of the shed is improved, the service life of the shed is prolonged, high-altitude sundries are prevented from falling and damaging vehicles, and the safety of the vehicles is improved.
