The invention discloses a door and window auxiliary frame applicable to aluminum alloy formwork construction and an installing method. The door and window auxiliary frame is of an integral rectangular framework structure; water stop strips are arranged on the periphery of the outer side of the door and window auxiliary frame; one side of the door and window auxiliary frame is provided with a screw hole; the other side of the door and window auxiliary frame is provided with an anchoring element; and at least five clamping fasteners are arranged on the periphery of the inner side of the door and window auxiliary frame. The standardized door and window auxiliary frame is attached onto an aluminum alloy formwork in advance; after the aluminum alloy formwork is used for wall body concrete casting, a formed wall body can firmly cover the door and window auxiliary frame, so that the door and window auxiliary frame and the wall body are connected to form a whole; and the water stop strips are arranged at the periphery of the door and window auxiliary frame, so that the problem of external wall seepage can be effectively solved.
