The invention provides an embedded and inserted type protection door and window, which consists of four parts including an outer frame, a window sash, a protection screen window frame and a protection screen window sash, wherein the outer frame is formed by a 45-degree-angle-cut window frame, a muntin and corner connectors through corner combination; each of the window sash, the protection screen window frame and the protection screen window sash are formed through 45-degree angle cutting, corner connector addition and corner combination; the outer frame and the window sash are connected through an inwardly opened inner reversed hardware element; hollow glass is pressed in the window sash through glass press strips; the protection screen window frame and the protection screen window sash are connected through an invisible casement hinge and an embedded lock body; and a stainless steel screen is fastened in the protection screen window through a stainless steel screen fastening press plate. The window frame and the protection screen window use the embedded and inserted type connection; the cost is reduced on the window frame; and meanwhile, the distance between the inner window or the screen window and the window frame is reduced, so that the integral appearance is attractive. A fastening reinforcing structure is used on the protection screen window, and the anti-impact capability is enhanced, so that the protection effect is better.
