The rotating device comprises a rotating shaft and insertion holes formed in the bottoms of the left and right side faces of the frames. The frames are connected through the rotating device and can rotate freely, different frames can be opened according to needs of a user, and thus outdoor light can shine into a room to a greater degree; in addition, a cushion or backrest for leaning is arranged on the window, the triangular frame is arranged on the exterior of the outer window frame and can receive the falling window in time to prevent the user from falling downstairs when the window falls, and thus the safety of the foldable window is further improved.
