The invention provides an oven firedoor and an oven. The oven firedoor comprises door exterior window glass, door interior window glass, two door body supports, a door exterior window glass fixing piece and a door body cover plate. The two door body supports are fixed to the two sides of the inner plate face of the door exterior window glass respectively, and the door interior window glass is supported on the two door body supports. One end of the door exterior window glass fixing piece is fixed to one end of each of the two door body supports, and a first bent compressing part is arranged at the other end of the door exterior window glass fixing piece and is used for compressing the door interior window glass. Limiting holes are alternatively formed in the door body cover plate and the door body supports, and limiting parts matched with the limiting holes are arranged on the other one of the door body cover plate and the door body supports. The two ends of the door interior window glass abut against the door body cover plate and the inner plate face of the door exterior window glass fixing piece, and a second compressing part is arranged on the door body cover plate and is used for compressing the door interior window glass. According to the oven firedoor provided by the invention, the door body cover plate can be disassembled by pressing the limiting parts to separate the limiting parts from the limiting holes, then the door interior window glass is disassembled, and therefore the door interior window glass is convenient to disassemble.
