The invention provides a liquid level adjusting mechanism of a sewage reservoir. According to the liquid level adjusting mechanism, the structure is simple, liquid level adjustment is convenient, and normal operation of a whole sewage processing system can be ensured. The liquid level adjusting mechanism comprises a liquid level adjuster arranged outside. The liquid level adjuster comprises a tank, a hose capable of stretching and retracting elastically, a tension spring, a hard telescopic casing pipe, a connecting block and a lifting device, wherein the bottom of the tank is provided with a sewage inlet and a sewage outlet; one side of the sewage reservoir is divided into two water draining areas; the side wall of each water draining area is provided with a water draining connection pipe, and the two water draining connection pipes are communicated with a sewage inlet through a three-way connector and pipes and are each provided with a valve; the two ends of the hose are communicated with a center through hole of the connecting block and the sewage inlet of the tank respectively in a sealed connection mode; the hose is sleeved with the tension spring and the telescopic casing pipe sequentially; the two ends of the tension spring and the two ends of the telescopic casing pipe are fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the connecting block and the bottom wall of the tank respectively; the connecting block is connected with the lifting device.
