Method for improving strength of magnesium oxychloride cement
The invention provides a method for improving strength of magnesium oxychloride cement. The method comprises the following steps: mixing light calcined powder, magnesium chloride, water and admixtures to form slurry, maintaining the slurry in the air for 28 days, and then soaking the slurry in a magnesium chloride aqueous solution with a mass percentage being 10 to 30% for at least three days and testing the compressive strength of the slurry, in which the light calcined powder contains active magnesium oxide, the mass ratio of the active magnesium oxide to the magnesium chloride and the water is (3 to 1 to 11) to (9 to 1 to 21), the admixtures account for 0.5 to 10% of the mass of the active magnesium oxide; and soaking cement in the magnesium chloride aqueous solution with the mass percentage being 10 to 30% for at least three days, taking out the cement and drying the cement to form the magnesium oxychloride cement. Through the method, the strength of a cement product can be greatly improved.
