The invention discloses a concrete water reducing agent which is prepared from, by mass parts, 10-15 parts of sulfamic acid, 20-30 parts of potassium hydroxide, 5-8 parts of lead nitrate, 1-5 parts of sodium gluconate, 20-30 parts of cellulose water-retaining material, 20-30 parts of rosin, 1-5 parts of potassium permanganate, 10-15 parts of calcium chloride, 2-5 parts of sodium sulphate, 40-50 parts of bentonite and 5-9 parts of silica powder. The concrete water reducing agent can improve concrete mobility and prolong concrete setting time, and the water reducing rate can be 35% or above.
