The invention discloses a cement-based waterproof self-leveling material with a manufactured sand sieve backing material being all aggregate. Main components of the cement-based waterproof self-leveling material comprise cement, the manufactured sand sieve backing material, melamine superplasticizer, water-retaining thickener, retarder, coagulant and antifoaming agent. The main components are evenly mixed in a mixing machine according to the mass percentage, and the waterproof self-leveling material is obtained. The cement-based waterproof self-leveling material has the advantages that 1 the sieve backing material in the manufactured sand manufacturing process is utilized as the all aggregate, and no other aggregate such as quartz sand, slag powder, ground calcium carbonate and fly ash is added; that is, the sieve backing material is utilized effectively, and the environmental pollution is reduced; 2 due to hydrophobic emulsion powder, the product has good adhesion performance and excellent water resistance, permeation of mortar hardening body surface layer moisture and migration of internal moisture along pores are avoided effectively; 3 the construction process is convenient and quick, and phenomena such as separation, bleeding and hollowing do not occur; 4 a mortar hardening body has good flexibility and volume stability, and no shrinkage or expansion cracks occur.
