The preparing method comprises the following steps of raw material preparing; coarse aggregate pretreating; mortar preparing; mixing of mortar and pretreated coarse aggregate; concrete prefabricating and pouring. The preparing method has the following advantages of being easy to operate and realize; the prepared heat-resisting modified concrete is low in dead weight and high in strength, and meets the requirement of the special building industry; the prepared heat-resisting modified concrete is high in tolerable temperature, low in price relatively, and capable of being used in the special fields of metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, building materials and the like on a large scale.
