Novel ceramic coating layer
A novel ceramic coating layer comprises the components in parts by mass: 25-30 parts of olivine, 8-15 parts of quartz, 10-15 parts of silicon carbide, 4-6 parts of aluminum oxide, 4-6 parts of magnesium chloride, 4-6 parts of zirconium oxide, 5-8 parts of calcium carbonate, 8-10 parts of an auxiliary agent, 3-5 parts of cerium oxide, 1-2 parts of rare earth, and 7-10 parts of ethylene glycol. Through the technical scheme, the novel ceramic coating layer has the advantages of high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance; and due to high strength and good abrasion resistance of aluminum oxide and good toughness of zirconium oxide, the ceramic coating layer has the advantages of light mass and long service life.
