The brick is prepared from, by weight, 40-43 parts of sewage plant sludge, 6-7 parts of rice husks, 4-5 parts of potassium feldspar powder, 10-12 parts of coal ash, 10-12 parts of water glass, 2-3 parts of sodium silicate, 8-10 parts of bauxite, 2-2.5 parts of urea, 10-13 parts of silicon fume, 4-5 parts of traditional Chinese medicine residues, 23-25 parts of waste building bricks, 7-8 parts of calcined alumina and 3-4 parts of phenolic resin powder. According to the anti-cracking toughened and sintered high-strength water permeable brick, the waste building bricks, silicon fume and bauxite serves as aggregate, and ingredients of phenolic resin powder and traditional Chinese medicine residues are added in a matched mode, so that good plasticity and strength are achieved in the forming process of a brick blank, and the brick blank is prevented from deforming; by means of high-temperature sintering, all the components cooperate mutually for acting, a continuous through hole structure can be generated, a compact structure is formed while the excellent water permeability is maintained, and the prepared product is resistant to cracking, good in toughness, high in compressive strength and water permeability and capable of effectively relieving urban water circulation.
