Novel environment-friendly sintering water-permeable floor tile
The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly sintering water-permeable floor tile. The novel environment-friendly sintering water-permeable floor tile is prepared from, by weight, 40-43 parts of sewage plant sludge, 6-7 parts of rice hulls, 4-5 parts of potassium feldspar powder, 10-12 parts of fly ash, 10-12 parts of sodium silicate, 1.5-2 parts of sodium carbonate, 30-33 parts of ordinary river sand, 3-4 parts of nano zinc oxide, 4-5 parts of nano-titanium dioxide and an appropriate amount of water. According to the novel environment-friendly sintering water-permeable floor tile, the fly ash is added to serve as fine aggregates, the ordinary river sand is added to serve as coarse aggregates, the porous structure of the fly ash is mixed with the ordinary river sand, the strength of a tile body is improved, and the tile body obtained through sintering has the excellent properties of being high in compressive strength, quickly permeable to water, capable of absorbing noise and the like; meanwhile, the adopted raw materials are low in cost, safe and environmentally friendly, and therefore the floor tile is an ecological floor tile.
