The invention discloses a preparation method of ZrB2-Al2O3 foamed ceramics. The preparation method comprises the steps: with a ZrB2 micro-powder and an Al2O3 micro-powder as main raw materials, adding an organic monomer and a crosslinking agent, fully mixing and ball-milling in deionized water, dipping polyurethane foamed plastics in the ZrB2-Al2O3 slurry, repeatedly rolling and kneading, making the slurry attached on the formed plastics, curing and drying, then carrying out high-temperature sintering, and forming the ZrB2-Al2O3 foamed ceramics. The method makes the gel casting and the polyurethane foaming process combined, and provides a new preparation process for the ZrB2-Al2O3 foamed ceramics.
