The invention relates to an energy-saving slightly closed-cell silicone rubber hollow glass spacing bar used in hollow glass. The energy-saving slightly closed-cell silicone rubber hollow glass spacing bar is prepared from certain amounts of rubber, a foaming agent, a molecular sieve activation powder, a vulcanizing agent, and an auxiliary agent. A preparation method comprises following steps: the raw materials are subjected to first stage mixing, second stage mixing, and extrusion molding using a cold feed extruder so as to obtain unvulcanized rubber bars; and then the unvulcanized rubber bars are subjected to vulcanization using a hot air-microwave combined production line, and cooling so as to obtain the energy-saving slightly closed-cell silicone rubber hollow glass spacing bar.
