The invention discloses a single-level pavement waterproof structure for a bridge deck and a construction technology of the single-level pavement waterproof structure. The construction technology comprises the following steps: carrying out shot blasting treatment on the bridge deck; spreading a first waterproof bonding layer on the bridge deck which is 20-40cm to a central guardrail, and spreading a second waterproof bonding layer within the other range; respectively arranging waterproof coatings on two side surfaces of the central guardrail; carrying out construction of pavement layers on the upper surfaces of the first waterproof bonding layer and the second waterproof bonding layer; and spraying waterproof filling layers into seams between the pavement layers and the side surfaces of the central guardrail and fully filling the seams. The waterproof bonding layers are gradually thinned from the central guardrail to the drainage downstream of the bridge deck; waterproof coatings are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the central guardrail; waterborne epoxy asphalt is sprayed into the seams between the pavement layers and the central guardrail; the seams are fully filled; the seams between the pavement layers of the bridge deck and the guardrail are reduced; and rainwater is prevented from infiltrating from the seams between the pavement layers and the central guardrail; the diseases of elapse, peeling, potholes and the like caused by reduction of the viscosity of the waterproof bonding layers are avoided; the service lifetime is prolonged; and the maintenance cost is reduced.
