The invention discloses a solar-powered road and bridge construction guard rail, which comprises a pair of upright posts, at least two guard rail bodies, a pair of first connectors and a strip-shaped second connector, wherein first support posts are fixed at the upper end and the lower end of one side of each upright post; an inclined second support post is arranged at the other side of each upright post; one end of each second support post is fixedly connected with each upright post; a silicon solar panel is supported at the other end of each second support post; first openings are respectively formed in two ends of each upper surface and two ends of each lower surface when the at least two guard rail bodies are vertically placed; at least one elastic pressure plate is arranged on one of each front surface and each reverse surface; one end of each elastic pressure plate is rotationally connected with each guard rail body; the other end of each elastic pressure plate is separately attached to each guard rail body; one end of each first connector is rotationally connected with the other end, far away from the fixed end, of each first support post along the longitudinal direction; a first bump which is rotationally clamped with each first opening is arranged at the other end of each first connector; and second bumps which are rotationally clamped with the first openings are arranged below two ends of the strip-shaped second connector. The solar-powered road and bridge construction guard rail has the advantages that the solar-powered road and bridge construction guard rail is powered by solar energy, and is detachable, adjustable in protection region and convenient to move.
