The invention discloses a four-wheeled multifunctional dumper, which comprises a vehicle body, a foldable storage basket, a storage box, a dust collection device and a high-pressure flushing device, wherein the foldable storage basket is arranged at the front end of the vehicle body; the vehicle body is supported by a frame and is arranged on a base plate; the vehicle body is beautified by a glass fiber reinforced plastic material; LED screens are arranged at the left side, the right side and the tail part of the vehicle body and can play various dynamic words; the foldable storage basket at the front end of the vehicle body is mainly applied to storage of renewable resources and packages; the storage box is arranged behind a cab, namely at the middle part of the vehicle body; a side door and a door in door are arranged on each of the left side and the right side of the storage box; the dust collection device and the high-pressure flushing device are located at the rear end of the vehicle body next to the back of the storage box; and the dust collection device comprises a motor, a fan, a garbage can and an air duct. The four-wheeled multifunctional dumper has the characteristics of small structure, convenient and fast operation, environment friendliness, low use cost and the like, and can be widely applied to public places of urban roads, residential areas, parks, municipal environmental sanitation, scenic spots and the like.
