The invention relates to a novel tile-shaped recycled concrete block revetment and a construction process thereof, particularly relates to a block used for producing recycled concrete in revetment engineering and belongs to the technical field of civil and hydraulic engineering. The block comprises an arc rib, an oblique tile surface, a tile top and a tile head, wherein the arc rib stretching out upwards is arranged at one end of the oblique tile surface; the tile top and the tile head stretching downwards are arranged at the other end of the oblique tile surface.
