The invention discloses a building heat-insulation plate mounted in an adhesion manner. The building heat-insulation plate comprises a mineral wool layer, an adhesion layer and a wood wool composite layer. The adhesion layer is adhered on the mineral wool layer, the wood wool composite layer is adhered on the other surface of the adhesion layer, the adhesion layer is made of adhesion mortar, the wood wool composite layer is made of wood wool fibers and cement which are mixed with one another, and through holes are neatly formed in the mineral wool layer. The building heat-insulation plate has the advantages that cement mortar clings to the surfaces of building walls or ceilings when the building heat-insulation plate is about to be mounted, the cement adhesion mortar of the adhesion layer below the mineral wool layer is adhered with the cement mortar between the building walls and the mineral wool layer via the through holes, the cement adhesion mortar and the cement mortar are made of identical materials and are high in adhesion strength after being solidified, and accordingly the building heat-insulation plate can be mounted in the adhesion manner instead of fixing device manners; expense on fixing devices can be omitted, and accordingly the production cost and the mounting cost can be saved.
