The invention relates to a thermal insulation wall capable of recycling pipes. The thermal insulation wall comprises two parallel outer walls and a plurality of semicircular plates, wherein the plurality of semicircular plates are arranged in a filling region which is clamped between the two outer walls; a plurality of semicircular inserting grooves are formed in the inner surface of one outer wall and form a plurality of rows; two adjacent rows of inserting grooves are buckled with each other; the end parts of two adjacent inserting grooves in the same row are leaned on each other; and the semicircular plates of which the end parts are identical with the inserting grooves in shape are inserted into the inserting grooves. The structure formed by buckling of the semicircular plates is relatively stable; meanwhile, holes between the semicircular plates are relatively small; the thermal insulation effect is relatively good; a plurality of closed spaces can be formed between the semicircular plates and the two outer walls and are filled with polystyrene foam, so that the thermal insulation effect is relatively good. Line-by-line inserting installation of the semicircular plates is facilitated by the inserting grooves which are formed in advance; meanwhile, the semicircular plates are extruded by a flexible glue layer from the other end; and the semicircular plates are stably arranged between the two outer walls.
