The invention discloses a reactive EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll edge overlapping construction method. The method includes following steps: selecting a reactive EPDM butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll with an edge film composited below an EPDM roll as a construction material; when two frames of the reactive EPDM butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll are overlapped, closely fitting one side with the EPDM roll on the ground needing waterproof construction; uncovering part of a protecting layer of the waterproof roll, removing the edge film in the waterproof roll needing to be overlapped, and fitting the edge film onto a self-adhesive layer of the waterproof roll with part of the protecting layer uncovered; compacting an overlapping edge of two frames of the waterproof roll by using a roller to complete overlapping. By the method, quality and working efficiency of waterproof project construction can be improved, and influence on human health caused by environment pollution is avoided.
