The invention relates to a construction method of a complicated beam column joint core area. The construction method comprises the following steps of carrying out integrated deepened lofting on a steel structure deepening figure, a prestress deepening figure, a structure beam figure and a column figure; carrying out three-dimensional modeling and planar lofting on joints by using a computer; carrying out deepening lofting according to the ratio of 1:1; manufacturing a lofting figure of ribs on upper portions of beams at the positions of the joints, a lofting figure of ribs on the lower portions of the beams at the positions of the joints and a profile map at the position of each joint; and controlling feeding of reinforcing steel bars, steel structures, prestress and construction procedures. An optimized principle of considering the reinforcing steel bars at first and then considering cross sections is adopted, and respective anchoring of supports is avoided; when beam steels cannot penetrate through the joints, the joint core area is anchored; when the beam steels cannot penetrate through the joints or cannot be anchored, the beam steels are welded with profile steel rib lapping plates; and through concealed check acceptance, concrete pouring and maintaining are carried out. By the construction method, construction quality can be guaranteed effectively.
