Construction process of bolted spherical core penetration joints
The invention discloses a construction process of bolted spherical core penetration joints for connection of self-stress cable strut structures. The construction process includes: 1) assembly of strut units; 2) mounting of the strut units and spherical joints; 3) integral tensioning; 4) examination of lengths of cable struts and coordinates of the joints. By means of the bolted spherical core penetration joints, a pre-stressing force is applied to steel cables for multiple times to realize tensioning, simplicity and stability in joint structure are achieved, and engineering requirements are met.
