The invention discloses an early transferring detecting system for lifting and transferring garages. The early transferring detecting system comprises an operating terminal, a data acquisition unit, a master control unit and an execution unit. The data acquisition unit comprises first detecting elements, and the corresponding first detecting elements are arranged on transverse beams on two sides of each middle-layer frame structure; the master control unit comprises a controller, and the controller is in communication connection with the data acquisition unit and the operating terminal. The early transferring detecting system has the advantages that the early transferring detecting system is applicable to each lifting and transferring garage with more than three layers, and the running heights of vehicle carrying plates which are currently in ascending states can be detected in real time after corresponding serial numbers of fetched vehicles are inputted by users, so that whether layers lower than layers corresponding to the serial numbers can be transferred early or not can be determined, the vehicle fetching and running efficiency can be improved within certain ranges under the condition that the safety is guaranteed, and effects of increasing the comprehensive utilization rates of equipment can be realized. The invention further provides a method for applying the early transferring detecting system applicable to each lifting and transferring garage with more than three layers.
