The invention relates to the technical field of safe fixing tools, in particular to a flexible safe locking device. The flexible safe locking device comprises a flexible cable, a supporting plate and lock-up switches, wherein the flexible cable and the lock-up switches are fixed on the supporting plate; each lock-up switch comprises a rotation pawl, a buckle plate and a locking buckle; the buckle plates are connected with the supporting plate through cylindrical hinges; cylindrical bulges are arranged on the lower bottom surface of the buckle plates; the rotation pawls are fixed to the center of the upper surface of the supporting plate through rotation pin shafts; each rotation pawl is positioned on one side of one corresponding buckle plate; the locking buckles are fixed to the center of the upper surface of the supporting plate; each locking buckle is positioned on one side of one corresponding rotation pawl. With the adoption of the flexible safe locking device, effective constrain on a movable object can be carried out quickly; psychological impact on constrained people from the traditional handcuffs is avoided; and the flexible safe locking device is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, and has flexibility, size adjustability and high adaptability.
