The invention relates to an energy-saving system used for a window and capable of regulating an indoor environment. The energy-saving system comprises a protecting layer, a fixing device, a detecting device and a control device, wherein the protecting layer is fixed on the outer side of a wall with the window by the fixing device; the detecting device detects environment parameters on the inner side and the outer side of the wall and transmits the environment parameters to the control device; and the control device receives the environment parameters transmitted from the detecting device, and controls the protecting layers to open or close according to the environment parameters. Through the energy-saving system, opening or closing of the protecting layer fixed on the outer side of the wall with the window is controlled according to the received environment parameters, so that energy loss can be reduced, and an energy-saving effect of the window is achieved.
