The invention discloses an antiskid device for a crawling ladder. The antiskid device comprises an antiskid pipe which can be arranged on a crawling ladder pipe needing an antiskid function in a sleeving mode and fastening parts which fix the antiskid pipe and the crawling ladder pipe together; the outer surface of the antiskid pipe is provided with an antiskid layer, a carborundum layer is adopted as the antiskid layer, and a layer of carborundum particles are applied to the antiskid pipe. According to the antiskid device for the crawling ladder, the antiskid performance of the crawling ladder can be improved, the structure is firm, use is convenient, and the using safety of the crawling ladder is greatly improved.
