The invention discloses a long spiral base-expanding and pore-forming drilling machine system. The long spiral base-expanding and pore-forming drilling machine system is characterized in that positioning lugs which are symmetric in the left-right direction are arranged at the lower end of a drill pipe or a drilling rig; an inner tube is arranged in the drill pipe; a flange is arranged at the upper end of the inner tube; the flange at the upper end of the inner tube is connected with a flange at the lower end of a power head outputting shaft; a detachable supporting sleeve is arranged on the outside of the inner tube and at the lower end of the drill pipe; the lower end of the supporting sleeve is seated at the upper end of the drill pipe; the upper end of the supporting sleeve is abutted to the flange at the upper end of the inner tube; the lower end of the inner tube is provided with movable lugs which are symmetric in the left-right direction; moving slots for the movable lugs to move are formed in the drill pipe corresponding to the movable lugs; the movable lugs extend out of the moving slots; the inner tube drives the drill pipe to rotate by the movable lugs and the moving slots; one end of a supporting and expanding lower arm is hinged to the positioning lugs; the other end of the supporting and expanding lower arm is hinged to the lower end of a supporting and expanding upper arm; the upper end of the supporting and expanding upper arm is hinged to the movable lugs; and the supporting and expanding upper arm and the supporting and expanding lower arm are respectively provided with drilling teeth. The long spiral base-expanding and pore-forming drilling machine system is novel in structure, simple in operation and high in work efficiency; and bearing capacity of piles is greatly improved.
