High-strength and bending-fatigue-resistant spoke cable
The invention discloses a high-strength and bending-fatigue-resistant spoke cable, which comprises a steel bundle cable body, an upper anchor fork lug joint and a lower anchor cup, wherein steel wires at two ends of the steel bundle cable body are uniformly separated by virtue of a wire separating plate and are respectively fixedly arranged inside the upper anchor fork lug joint and the lower anchor cup; a bending limiter assembly is arranged on the upper anchor fork lug joint and a bending limiter assembly is arranged on the lower anchor cup; the bending limiter assemblies are sleeved on the steel bundle cable body; one end of the corresponding bending limiter assembly is arranged on the upper anchor fork lug joint and one end of the corresponding bending limiter assembly is arranged on the lower anchor cup, and seal compression rings are arranged between the other ends of the two bending limiter assemblies and the steel bundle cable body; and seal dampers are filled between the bending limiter assemblies and the steel bundle cable body as well as between the seal compression rings and the steel bundle cable body. The bending stress of the spoke cable disclosed by the invention is absorbed by virtue of the reliable constraint of the bending limiter assemblies and by virtue of the seal dampers, so that the stress uniformity of the high-strength steel wires under working state is effectively guaranteed; and the spoke cable is good in damping effect and is reliable to seal.
