The invention discloses a diamond grinding wheel with nano ceramic bonds containing explosion-proof fibers. In the manufacturing process of the grinding wheel, the nano-scale composite nano ceramic bonds are prepared through mixed roasting of nano graphite, beta-eucryptite, nano-scale silicon dioxide, nano-scale aluminium oxide and other raw materials; compared with conventional ceramic bonds, the nano ceramic bonds are higher in strength and toughness, lower in sintering temperature, better in high-temperature wettability and low in thermal expansion coefficient, the temperature rising speed can be increased through the added explosion-proof fibers, and controllability of abrasive materials and the bonds is improved; added raw materials such as cryolite and closed cell perlite have the effects of abrasion resistance, shock absorption and the like, and the using performance of the grinding wheel is improved. The manufactured diamond grinding wheel is good in grinding performance and high in grinding precision, and the grinding speed can be obviously increased.
