Neutralizer
The invention relates to a neutralizer which is paved underground and comprises a neutralizer main body arranged underground, wherein a siphoning device is arranged in the neutralizer main body; the bottom of the siphoning device communicates with the neutralizer main body; the top of the siphoning device communicates with a water outlet pipe arranged through the neutralizer main body; and a waste liquor inflow hole is formed in the top of the neutralizer main body. The neutralizer provided by the invention solves the problems that radioactive acid and alkali waster liquor which is not neutralized and discharged in an acid-alkali preparation room, an acid-alkali storage room, a dosing room and the like of a technical plant in the field of nuclear power and nuclear chemical engineering leaks out and existing closed floor drain construction and maintenance and repair are complex, and is convenient to operate and high in safety. In addition, the neutralizer is a passive device which plays an obvious role by virtue of certain siphoning measures, and the size of the neutralizer can be customized according to the user needs.
