The present invention relates to a cement production rotary kiln device including a lime rotary kiln, a coking rotary kiln and a cement rotary kiln. The lime rotary kiln is provided with a limestone material bin and a lime cooling bin, the coking rotary kiln is provided with a pulverized coal material bin and a coke unloader, and the cement rotary kiln is provided with a raw material distributing device, raw material pre-heating equipment and a cement clinker silo. The limestone material bin is connected with a lime material bin by the lime rotary kiln, and the pulverized coal material bin is connected with the coke unloader by the coking rotary kiln. The lime cooling bin is connected with the cement rotary kiln by the raw material distributing device and the raw material pre-heating equipment, and the cement rotary kiln is connected with the cement clinker silo. The cement rotary kiln is provided with a burner, and the coke unloader is connected with the burner. The lime rotary kiln and the coking rotary kiln are respectively provided with a burner, and the burners are connected with a gas storage tank. The cement production rotary kiln device can organically combine cement clinker production, coal powder carbonization, limestone calcination and decomposed gas recovery, can make full use of rotary kiln waste heat, comprehensively use heat and materials, and reduce energy consumption and production costs, and by reducing of carbon dioxide emissions, energy can be conserved, emission can be reduced, greenhouse effect can be reduced, and economic efficiency can be increased.
