Concrete used for pouring of spandrel girder
The invention discloses a concrete used for pouring of a spandrel girder. The concrete comprises the following substances by mass: 200 to 300 parts of cement clinker, 200 to 250 parts of industrial waste residue, 100 to 200 parts of fly ash slag, 200 to 250 parts of cobblestone, 5 to 25 parts of steel fiber, 100 to 150 parts of mineral powder, 10 to 20 parts of sodium chloride, 20 to 60 parts of titanate, 5 to 10 parts of sodium sulfate, 20 to 30 parts of sodium borate, 13 to 15 parts of sodium nitrite, 100 to 400 parts of water, 10 to 20 parts of stainless steel powder and 10 to 30 parts of aluminum powder. Addition of the stainless steel powder and the aluminum powder into the concrete can improve the pouring strength of the concrete; meanwhile, the stainless steel powder and the aluminum powder are not prone to oxidation, so the phenomena of cracks and fine pores after completion of pouring of the concrete are avoided; and the added steel fiber functions as a link, so cracking can be further prevented.
