The invention relates to a water-permeable pavement brick with waste incinerator residues as aggregates. The water-permeable pavement brick at least comprises cement, silica sands, a cementing agent, water and waste incinerator residues. The waste incinerator residues are introduced as aggregates to substitute cobblestones, so the water-permeable pavement brick made in the invention has better pavement performance and longer service life than water-permeable pavement bricks with natural materials as aggregates; and use of the waste incinerator residues in the invention is waste reuse, so the production cost is reduced, popularization and application are easy, and environment protection is facilitated.
