The invention discloses a method for preparing a refractory plastic by using titanium-containing blast furnace slag, and belongs to the field of waste reuse. The method for preparing the refractory plastic by using titanium-containing blast furnace slag comprises the following steps: immersing blast furnace slag in hydrochloric acid, carrying out preliminary treatment on the blast furnace slag by using a sodium hydroxide solution, carrying out advanced modification on the titanium-containing blast furnace slag at a high temperature by using sodium nitrate, potassium permanganate and isopropyl tri(dioctylpyrophosphate) titanate, and mixing the obtained substance with kyanite, calcium aluminate cement and a dispersant to obtain the refractory plastic. Instances prove that the bulk density (1000DEG C * 3h) of the refractory plastic is not lower than 3.2g/cm<3>, the compressive strength (1000DEG C * 3h) is not smaller than 142MPa, the wear resistance (1000DEG C * 3h) is not smaller than 4cm<3>, the plasticity index is 25-35%, and the refractoriness is not lower than 1800DEG C.
