The application discloses continuous carbonization and graphitization equipment, which comprises a carbonization mechanism, a graphitization mechanism, a heat preservation mechanism and a first cooling mechanism which are sequentially arranged and are communicated with one another, as well as an unreeling mechanism used for supplying a carbon felt raw material for the carbonization mechanism, and a reeling mechanism used for reeling a finished carbon felt product output by the first cooling mechanism and providing power for the movement of the carbon felt, wherein a first sealing element is arranged on the carbonization mechanism; a second sealing element is arranged on the cooling mechanism; the first sealing element cooperates with the second sealing element, so that the carbonization mechanism, the graphitization mechanism, the heat preservation mechanism form a sealing cavity with the first cooling mechanism. By adopting the continuous carbonization and graphitization equipment provided by the invention, continuous production of carbon felts can be realized, and the production efficiency is high.
