Polyurethane closed waterproofing method
The invention discloses a polyurethane closed waterproofing method. Dehydrated castor oil and polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate are added in an organic solvent and fully react with each other under the protection of ammonia gas, and polyurethane pre-polymers with the NCO content being 1-6% are formed; the surface of a cement concrete group is coated with a reacting solution in a scraping mode, the interior of cement concrete is doped with the reacting solution, and NCO groups in the pre-polymers chemically react with the surface of cement so that the cement can be cured. The reaction solution formed in the method is low in viscosity and small in molecular weight and has high permeation capacity. After the reaction solution is mixed into capillary holes in the cement concrete basal plane, a very good waterproof effect can be achieved due to the fact that the cement is very firm after the cement and -NCO are cured; meanwhile, due to the fact that the capillary holes are sealed from the interior, water leakage caused when gaps exist on coiled material, polyurethane coating and basic layer material workpieces and external abrasion exists is avoided.
