The invention discloses a concrete surface permeable coating. The concrete surface permeable coating comprises, by weight, 5-40% of silicate, 10-30% of a silane coupling agent, 0.1-1% of a surfactant and the balance water. The concrete surface is coated with the concrete surface permeable coating, because of capillary action, the concrete surface permeable coating can fast permeate into concrete and form insoluble amorphous hydrated calcium silicate so that concrete structure plugging is realized and surface hardness and wear resistance are improved. The concrete surface permeable coating has a simple and convenient use method, saves time and labor, has no special requirements on a construction environment and conditions and can be widely used for surface treatment on concrete buildings such as roads, squares, supermarkets and workshops. The concrete surface permeable coating reduces a concrete building integrated cost, improves economic benefits and has a wide engineering application prospect.
