The present invention provides a fireproof material impregnation treatment process, which comprises: 1, placing a fireproof material into an impregnation container, sealing, pumping out the internal air with a vacuum pump, and maintaining the vacuum for 60-120 min; 2, opening the liquid inlet valve of a pipeline communicated to the impregnation container, inputting an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate liquid into the impregnation container, closing the liquid inlet valve when the fireproof material is immersed by the liquid, and stopping the vacuum pump; 3, opening an emptying valve to make the pressure inside the impregnation container and the outside pressure achieve the balance, and then closing the emptying valve; 4, opening an air compressor, pressurizing the impregnation container, and maintaining the pressure for 0.5-3 h after the pressure is 0.1-3 MPa; and 5, opening the liquid inlet valve, discharging the liquid in the impregnation container, closing the liquid inlet valve and the air compressor, opening the impregnation container cover, taking out the fireproof material, and drying. According to the present invention, the service life of the fireproof material treated by the impregnation process is increased by 2-5 times.
