Bottom plate connecting structure for precast segmental concrete bridge and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bottom plate connecting structure for a precast segmental concrete bridge and a construction method thereof, which belong to the field of bridge construction. According to the invention, a plurality of shallow grooves are formed in the end surface of a rear end bottom plate of each segment; before the segment is assembled, I-steels are mounted in the grooves. After the segments are spliced with each other, the bottom plates of the adjacent segments are clamped between upper wing edges and lower wing edges of the I-steels. According to the invention, the anti-shear capacity and tensile capacity between the bottom segments of a girder of the bridge are enhanced, the bending resistance of the girder is improved and the crackings at the bottoms of joints are delayed; and even though cracks occur, the I-steels can also effectively stop the cracks from expanding towards the upper part of a web. Compared with the prior art, the structure and the construction method are simple and convenient and are advantaged in that less cost is increased and durability and bearing capacity of the structure are greatly enhanced.
