The invention discloses a round nail blind way and a machining process thereof. The round nail blind way comprises a round nail and a disc. The round nail is welded to the center of one side of the disc. An annular thread is arranged on the round nail. The edge of the disc is bent downwards towards the round nail or curled in the direction opposite to the round nail. Blanking is sequentially conducted on the disc to be machined, profiling is conducted on the disc according to the process requirement, thread machining is conducted on the round nail, and finally the round nail is welded to the center of one side of the disc according to the process requirement. The round nail blind way is simple in structure, reasonable in design, firm, durable in use, good in antiskid effect, capable of being up to the antiskid standard and unifying standards, attractive in appearance and low in production cost.
