The invention discloses a novel street guard bar. The novel street guard bar comprises a guard bar body and a light-emitting device; the light-emitting device is arranged on the guard bar body and comprises a die, a solar panel, a storage battery, a lamp and light-transmitting parts; the solar panel is arranged at the upper portion of the die, the two sides of the die are provided with the first light-transmitting part and the second light-transmitting part, and the lamp and the storage battery are both arranged on the inner side of the die; and the die is made of novel materials. The novel street guard bar is simple in structure; the alarming effect is achieved in a lighting manner; particularly, in the sleet and hazy weather, the effect which cannot be achieved through a light reflection belt can be achieved; and meanwhile, the die is made of the novel material, so that the die can be weather-proof and resist sleet and is not prone to being dirty and easy to wash.
