The invention discloses a technology and construction method for reinforcement and seepage prevention treatment of a deep sandy gravel foundation. Reinforced concrete diaphragm walls are arranged on the two sides of the axis of the treated foundation, cement slurry is poured into the sandy gravel foundation which is located between the diaphragm walls, after maintenance for a certain period, sandy gravels are coagulated to form an artificial concrete foundation, and therefore the purposes of reinforcement and seepage prevention treatment of the deep sandy gravel foundation are achieved.
