The invention discloses a novel deep soft soil foundation strengthening pile. The novel deep soft soil foundation strengthening pile is arranged in three layers in the radial direction and comprises an inner layer of pile body, a middle layer of latticed cylinder and an outer layer of water-permeable geomembrane; the latticed cylinder is defined by meshes made of modified polyethylene or modified polypropylene. A traditional gravel pile serves as the prototype, the water drainage innovative thinking is achieved by using and fusing a geotechnical bagged sand pile for reference and additionally arranging an enclosure and a water drainage pipe pile, the enclosure measure intensity and water drainage capacity of a discrete pile body are improved at the same time, the implementation difficulty and measure manufacturing cost of the pile bodies are reduced, defects of the traditional gravel pile and the geotechnical bagged sand pile are overcome and the advantages of the two piles are strengthened.
