The invention provides a method applicable to an inter-pile soil support of a slope protection pile. The method is characterized in that a relative flexible material which is easily removed is vertically embedded on a reinforcement cage; when the earth is excavated at the later stage, the flexible material embedded at the early stage is removed, and a trench is reserved as requirement; a reinforced concrete structure of the inter-pile soil support can be directly embedded into the trench in a pile body; the inter-pile soil support structure can be closely and reliably connected with the pile body, so that the durability is high, and the convenience of construction can be ensured; the concrete of the inter-pile soil support can be casted on site or sprayed.
