The invention relates to the field of the wind power generation technology and provides a wind power plant fan tower foundation repairing and reinforcing method which is used for repairing the gap between a foundation ring and concrete. The wind power plant fan tower foundation repairing and reinforcing method includes the step of drilling that a core drilling machine is used for downwards drilling a plurality of vertical first grouting holes and second grouting holes from the top surface of the concrete, and the first grouting holes and the second grouting holes are located on the outer side and the inner side of the foundation ring respectively; the step of gap cleaning; the step of gap drying that the gap is dried through compressed air and hot air; the step of grouting that first epoxy resin is injected into the gap through the first grouting holes and the second grouting holes; and the step of post-treatment that after the first epoxy resin in the gap is solidified, a waterproof layer is arranged in the connecting position of the top surface of the concrete and the outer wall of the foundation ring. The wind power plant fan tower foundation repairing and reinforcing method can guarantee that water of each portion of the gap is cleaned up, no seam exists after the gap is repaired, operation is simple and practical, and the repaired and reinforced foundation is firm.
