The invention discloses a solar-powered and anti-over-travel pumping station water drawing pipe device, which comprises an upper section of water pipe (7), a lower section of water pipe (6) and a fixed ring bracket (67), wherein the lower section of the water pipe (6) extends underwater, and the fixed ring bracket (67) is fixedly arranged on the boundary of the upper section of the water pipe (7) and the lower section of the water pipe (6); a drive motor device (8) is hinged on one side, close to water side wall (1), of the fixed ring bracket (67); the drive motor device (8) is in power connection to the upper end of a threaded sleeve (9) which is matched with a screw rod (91) by virtue of a screw thread; and a fixed lug (62) is arranged on one side, close to the water side wall (1), nearly a water drawing port at the tail end of the lower section of the water pipe (6).
