The invention discloses a circulating water-saving device. The circulating water-saving device adopts the structure that a first filter screen is arranged at the bottom of a vegetable basin and respectively connected with a sewer and a filtering device by pipelines, a first valve is arranged on the pipeline between the first filter screen and the sewer, a second valve is arranged on the pipeline between the first filter screen and the filtering device, the filtering device is connected with a water storage barrel, a screw driven by a screw driving motor is arranged at one end of the water storage barrel and perpendicularly connected with a propelling disk, a one-way outlet is formed in the bottom of the propelling disk, a travel switch and a water outlet are arranged at the other end of the water storage barrel, and the water outlet is connected with the water outlet pipe. The circulating water-saving device is simple in structure, practical and convenient, and can selectively achieve filtration and wastewater discharge according to actual requirements, thereby saving water resources.
