The invention discloses an urban green space underground rainwater regulation and storage installation, comprising a water inlet, a water storage, a drainage member and an inspection chamber. The water inlet is disposed in a wall on the side of a green tank. A U-shaped retaining board is disposed between the water inlet and planting soil of the green tank. A cover board is disposed above a channel of the U-shaped retaining board. A water incoming well is arranged below the channel of the U-shaped retaining board. The water storage comprises a planting layer, a water storage layer and a base layer. The water storage layer is disposed between the planting layer and the base layer. The outer side wall of the water storage layer is covered with a geotextile layer. The drain component comprises a water collection block, a drain pipe and a hydraulics check valve. The hydraulics check valve is disposed inside the inspection chamber and fixed to the sidewall of the inspection chamber. The water collection block is disposed at a water outlet of the water storage layer. The urban green space underground rainwater regulation and storage installation regulates and stores rainwater and drains rainwater without power and manual operation and automatically stores and drains the water in such cycle completely according to a level difference.
